About Us

The Etiwanda Historical Society is a non-profit, public benefit corporation, filing its articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of California on May 4, 1983. Our board, and general membership govern the Etiwanda Historical Society.

Donate to the Etiwanda Historical Society

Generous Donations help continue the preservation work that is greatly needed in our community. Without funds and volunteers our efforts become increasingly difficult. This year our Chaffey Garcia House will be 150 years old! Any amount is welcomed, yet if you can celebrate with us and donate $150 our goals will be reached much quicker!

Caretakers

Facilities Management

Eric Dawson, Jacob Galvez and Logan Dawson. It's a "Labor of Love" for sure. Caretaking the grounds and both museums is a lot of work. Volunteers and full time security personnel are vital for the preservation of both the Chaffey-Garcia House and Barn. As well as, the Chaffey-Isle House. The unique arrangement of both volunteers and full time on-site caretaker has been a fantastic way for the historical society to be able to maintain its GOOD WORK!
